workout #1

Completed workout #1 on Sunday while Kristen did cardio. Really I planned on going Sunday but for some odd reason didn’t actually know it was Sunday, strange. So when she mentioned going I said I was all set until Sunday. Anyway we went together.

Things went pretty good but I’m still a little nervous doing the deadlifts for fear of hurting my back but I didn’t so perhaps a little confidence will help me next time to up the weight. I was however able to add 30 pounds to my bench press which for me is pretty damn awesome. I felt bad ass doing that and being able to complete four sets of at least 6 reps each time.

A little sore today but not so bad I can’t give it another go tomorrow with workout #2, lower half of body.

I didn’t make it to the gym like I planned but having lunch with her was a better return.
